Brigadier General Maharan Frozenfer (born November 18, 1966) is the Chairman of the Advisory Committee to the Minister of Finance and Deputy Minister of Finance and former Financial Adviser to the Chief of General Staff in the Israeli Defense Forces and former Head of Ministry of Defense budget directorate.

Maharan graduated from Tel-Aviv University with BA in Economics and Labor Studies and MA in business.

Since 1985 held variety of strategic and financial positions in IDF. In 2012, established M-Faculty, a strategic consulting company.
